· Additional sightseeing or usages of vehicle not mention in the itinerary

· Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blocks etc (to be borne by the clients directly on the spot)

· Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, tips & gratuity, mineral water, soft & hard drinks, rafting, rock climbing, paragliding, joy ride, porterage, etc.

·For Holiday Packages: Once receiving your Advance Payment asper pay policy, we will issue the Confirmation Vouchers within 72 Working hours subject to confirmations

· For Cab & Driver Details: All Cab & Driver details will be with guests prior to one day before the departure date.

· 21 days prior to departure: 20% of the Package cost as Cancelation Penalty will be applicable for all bookings.

· 15 days prior to departure: 50% of the Package cost as Cancelation Penalty will be applicable for all bookings

· 10 days prior to departure: 80% of the Package cost as Cancelation Penalty will be applicable for all bookings.

· 07 days prior to departure: 100% of the Package cost as Cancelation Penalty will be applicable for all bookings.

·30% of the total package amount has to be done in advance to confirm the package.

·70% of payment must be cleared at the time of arrival in Shillong

· Bookings will not be processed without advance payment

· Basic personal items to be carried include, feather jacket & heavy woolens during winter and light woolens during summer, walking boots, rain proof jacket during monsoon, torch, spare batteries, water flask, cold cream, personal medicines & Sunglasses
