How to Book
For Holiday Packages: Once receiving your Advance Payment as per pay policy, we will issue the Confirmation Vouchers within 72 Working hours subject to confirmations
For Cab & Driver Details: All Cab & Driver details will be with guests prior to one day before the departure date.
Cancellation Policy
21 days prior to departure: 20% of the Package cost as Cancelation Penalty will be applicable for all bookings.
15 days prior to departure: 50% of the Package cost as Cancelation Penalty will be applicable for all bookings
10 days prior to departure: 80% of the Package cost as Cancelation Penalty will be applicable for all bookings.
07 days prior to departure: 100% of the Package cost as Cancelation Penalty will be applicable for all bookings.
30% of the total package amount has to be done in advance to confirm the package.
70% of payment must be cleared at the time of arrival in Shillong
Bookings will not be processed without advance payment
